Stemming from the question “What would a bird with object collection behaviours accumulate in an electronic dump?”, I have taken on the object collecting behaviour of the Magpie and the Bowery bird as archivists of humanity's electronic leftovers and have created Mechatronic Magpie. Mechatronic Magpieis a series of circular knitted nests containing collections of household electronics such as alarm clocks, game consoles, etc., essentially anything that lights up and beeps.
