Library of Misheard Words

Machine cut and 3D printed representations of word waveforms are mechanically covered by threads. Each waveform is a word that is repeatedly misheard by the artist. The act of winding the threads over the word replicates the cognitive muffling occurring somewhere in the artist’s neurology.

I consider this a work with no end, the materials will change, the shapes will morph, and the library will grow.
